Let's Get It Started

So, looking down at my lack of muscular definition has motivated me to start actually working out again. I miss being able to climb four flights of stairs and not being out of breath. So starting tomorrow I am going to try to work out 5 or 6 days a week. Hopefully this will all lead up to running the Lincoln Half Marathon on May 2. I'll track my progress here alongside other posts.
Speaking of having a good figure, I heard a fairly interesting story today. A friend of mine was randomly told that she had a good figure today by somebody that she sees fairly often. He contributed it to her using a new bra or tighter shirts. That has to be one of the most awkward things to say. Somewhat akin to saying "you look beautiful tonight." Does he think that usually she has an average figure or what?
